New winter hats are coming soon to Jess Collett Milliner! Our classic, fun and stylish winter hats are nearly back, many hands are busy making and trimming the new collection getting it ready to shoot. We have a range of brand new embroidered berets, angora berets and velevet berets on the way in as well as two tone trilbies and fedoras in gorgeous suede felts.
